Getting closer .... :-)

A brief update in english for our Canadian and Finnish friends and family :-)

We leave from Stavanger at 7am (local time) on Saturday, Sept 4th arriving in Houston in the afternoon, local time. The first night we will spend in a hotel close to the airport. Sunday 5th we will drive to New Orleans where we will stay for at least 2 nights. After New Orleans we continue toward Smokey Mountain in east Tennessee where we have rented a cabin "Spirit of the Mountain" close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. After 3 nights in the cabin and a Dixie Stampede Dinner Show at Dollywood we leave Gatlinburg on Sunday, sept 12th.
From Gatlinburg we will continue to Nashville with 2 nights in Kentucky before we arrive at our B&B in Nashville on Tuesday. In Nasville we will visit Grand Ole Oprey for shows on Thursday night and Saturday night. Sunday the 19th we leave for Memphis for a stay at Heartbreak Hotel near Graceland :-) Monday 20th we start our return trip toward Houston. The plane back home to Norway leaves Friday, Sept 24. at 4:35pm. Arrive in Sola, Stavanger Saturday at 11:40am local time - and back to work monday morning
